"My wife and I recently bought a house using Rene as our realtor. This was our first experience buying a home or working with a realtor. I know it's cheesy and cliche but Rene went above and beyond for us. Not once did Rene tell us no or suggest a different time when we wanted to see a house. My wife and I both work later in the evening so we couldn't start seeing houses until about 730pm. I can't imagine the family dinners and kids' soccer games and whatnot that she put on hold or missed for us. When we found "the one" Rene and our lender both stayed up well past midnight putting in our offer. And it's a good thing they did that because we weren't the only folks interested in that house. Rene communicated with the listing agent and negotiated us a deal that worked for everyone. She gave us contacts for inspectors, gutter installers, lenders, and all sorts of other useful businesses and contractors. Rene has been in the industry and the area and has an undeniable reputation that has garnered her some of the best relationships and contacts in the business. Rene walked us through the whole process, breaking it down so us newbies could understand, right from the beginning and still checks up on us now to see how we're settling in. I know without a doubt that had we used a realtor half as dedicated and knowledgeable as Rene that we most likely wouldn't be sitting in our dream home now! I don't expect to sell or buy again in the near future, but I'll be damned if I ever use another realtor besides Rene!
